The rooftop terrace can only be booked together with the 4th floor, as the sanitary facilities are located there. The total capacity of 600 guests can only be achieved when guests are spread across several floors. A single floor holds a maximum of 200 guests.

What to expect on a site visit: floors with a view of the skyline, spaces that follow your schedule, a rooftop terrace for the evening and an exhibition in the building.
Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the entire floor, with unobstructed views of the Main and the Frankfurt skyline. Especially in the evening, the room itself becomes the backdrop. For smaller groups, this one floor is often enough: with around 50 guests, the talk takes place on one side and the meal on the other. We recommend this because it keeps the schedule compact.
The plenary area, workshop rooms and rooftop terrace can be used separately or in combination. The layout follows your schedule, not the other way around.
The rooftop terrace connects directly to the fourth floor and can be integrated seamlessly into the evening. Typical uses are receptions, barbecue evenings and get-togethers. In rain or cold weather, the event moves to the fourth floor, where there is room for all guests. That is also why the rooftop terrace can only be booked together with this floor.
The operator of the Circle Cube runs an exhibition on circular construction in the building, with material samples and technical demonstrators. For events from the construction and real estate sectors, public administration or politics, the building provides the thematic setting; for all other guests, it is a talking point you won't find in a conventional conference hotel. During your event, guests can view the exhibition, provided no other event is taking place there at the time.

Opening of the Circle Cube
At the Circle Cube, different worlds meet: companies hold conferences and celebrations here with clients and teams, while the exhibition in the building attracts experts from politics, public administration and the construction industry.
The opening on 11 September 2025 showed what that looks like: around 100 guests, including the Lord Mayor of Offenbach, representatives of politics and the press, and managing directors of several companies, came together for a welcome, a tour of the exhibition and an evening on the rooftop terrace. Catering was provided by Lofthouse.

The Circle Cube is located in Offenbach am Main, directly on the Frankfurt city border. Coming from Frankfurt city centre, your guests need no longer than for a trip to Frankfurt's western districts – often less, because the drive avoids inner-city traffic and the search for parking.
Alongside the Circle Cube, where we run the event business, we arrange additional spaces in Frankfurt through our partner network. We do not operate these venues ourselves – we take care of catering, service and organisation there. Talk to us and we will check availability for your date.

With a capacity of up to 100 guests, OutOfOffice Sachsenhausen is ideal for seminars, conferences and workshops. The location is fully equipped with modern technology, variable seating and professional infrastructure.

The loft is located in Frankfurt's Westend with a direct view of the Palmengarten. The quiet, central setting creates a relaxed working atmosphere far from classic conference room aesthetics.
